Retreat Itinerary

April 7–12, 2026
(Schedule subject to small adjustments based on weather, group energy, and nervous system needs)

Day 1 – Tuesday: Arrivals

  • 2pm and 7pm Group transfers and arrivals throughout the day

  • Settle into your villa, unpack, and orient yourself to the beautiful space

  • Free time to rest, swim, or explore the surrounding nature

  • Check-in 4pm

Evening
7:30 PM – Welcome Dinner & Circle

  • Nourishing meal prepared by our Retreat Partner, Crete Chefs

  • Early night encouraged to recover from travel and time changes

Day 2 – Wednesday: Grounding & Foundations

Morning
6:15 AM – Sunrise Meditation

  • Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation 

7:00 AM – Coffee, Tea & Silent Self-Serve Breakfast 

8:30 AM – Wrist Care & Shoulder Mobility / Grounding Mobility Practice

  • Building understanding wrist care & Shoulder Mobility

10:00 AM – Break

11:00 AM – Brunch

Afternoon
2:00 PM – Handstand Fundamentals & Skill Building (All Levels)

  • Foundational handstand preparation with an emphasis on grounding and straight hold alignment

  • Coach Chase class on handstand kick-up

3:00 PM – Optional Advanced Handstand Training

  • More individualized coaching 

4:00–6:00 PM – Free Time

  • Swim, nap, journal, or explore scenery

Evening
6:30 PM – Dinner

  • Optional sunset walk or quiet integration time

Day 3 – Thursday: Core & Tuck Strength

Morning
6:15 AM – Sunrise Meditation

  • Mindful breathing and connecting to your breath

7:00 AM – Coffee, Tea & Silent Self-Serve Breakfast 

8:30 AM – Thoracic Opening & All About That Tuck (90 min)

  • Creating space through the upper body and understanding the importance of the tuck 

10:00 AM – Break

11:00 AM – Brunch

Afternoon / Evening

  • No practice for afternoon/evening excursion

  • 2pm - Group Transfer Pick Up
    Beach Session & Sunset Hangout at Agios Pavlos Sandhills Beach

  • Ocean time, free play, and group connection

Day 4 – Friday: Hip Mobility

Morning
Early Morning – “Monkey Mind” Meditation + Sunrise Ocean Dip (Optional)

  • Working with distraction, curiosity, and presence

7:30 AM – Coffee, Tea & Silent Self-Serve Breakfast 

8:30 AM – Hip Opening & Front Splits

  • Hip mobility and safe end-range exploration

  • Coach Rebeca class on front splits

10:00 AM – Break

11:00 AM – Brunch

Afternoon
2:00 PM – Straddle Handstand & Handstand Transitions

  • Exploring openness, balance, and transitions between shapes

3:00 PM – Optional Advanced Practice

4:00–6:00 PM – Free Time

  • Massage, swimming, quiet reflection, or journaling

Evening
6:30 PM – Dinner

Day 5 – Saturday: Pressing, Play & Integration

Morning
6:15 AM – Sunrise Meditation

  • Finding your edge and working with self-doubt

7:00 AM – Coffee, Tea & Silent Silent Self-Serve Breakfast 

8:30 AM – Pancake & Middle Split

  • Compression and press preparation

10:00 AM – Break

11:00 AM – Brunch

Afternoon
2:00 PM – Final Handstand Session

  • Press to handstand, creative entries, and integration

4:00 PM – Personal goals, breakthroughs, and supported challenges

  • Pack, swim, rest, or enjoy final moments in nature

Evening
6:30 PM – Traditional Greek Celebration Dinner

7:30 PM – Sunset Closing Circle (Gym or meditation circle, depending on weather)

  • Reflection, gratitude, and embodied takeaways

Day 6 – Sunday April 12: Departures

  • 7am Light breakfast and morning coffee

  • Final goodbyes, hugs, and group departures

  • 8am Transfers back to Heraklion Airport

  • Check-out at 10am
